"The Batman" gets a "Rogue"

The Batman, will enlist the aid of Rogue One cinematographer Gregg Fraser for DP duties on Matt Reeves' upcoming Batman picture. The Oscar-nominated Rogue One and Foxcatcher cinematographer worked with Reeves on the horror film Let Me In back in 2010.

Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter, Fraser said that:

“It’s great to be working with Matt again. The Batman franchise is iconic and its a privilege to now be able to visualize it in my own way. Especially with the cumulative creative potential of all the talent and technicians we have in front of and behind the camera.”

Frasier is currently hard at work serving as DP on Denis Villneuve’s upcoming sci-fi film Dune, after which he will move on the highly anticipated Batman film, to go before the cameras in London early next year.
