Wonder Woman hits 100 million in its opening weekend

Director Patty Jenkins became the first female director to have a film open with over 100 million. That film is the latest in the DCEU Wonder Woman, with stars Gal Gadot and Chris Pine. It marks the fourth consecutive film from the new DCEU to open north of 100 million. There is already talk of a sequel with the setting to take place in America with director Patty Jenkins to return.
