Music Composer Bernard Hermann inspired Danny Elfman's Batman Theme

Here is another good comparison.  Although this is not from Bernard Hermann, it's a Richard Strauss composition ("Thus, Spake Zarathustra") from the movie 2001- Space Odyssey.  Listen to the end part starting from (1:21-1:28) it's 3 note horn finish is identical to the 3 note horns used in the closing part of the Batman Finale listen from the end part starting from (0:51-0:57).  I've linked both parts for comparison.

Here is the piece from, "The Wolf Man" (1941).  The title of this piece is called "Desperation."  It was composed by Frank Skinner and Hans Salter.  It is very similar indeed, not just in the theme itself, but in the style as well.

Yeah, in places it's almost the Batman theme and the style is close. Nice find.
