No one's notice how incredibly simular Depp's look is to Burton's Joker designs? I'm suprised! Also, the Red Queen's lips are just like The Joker's when he's in front of City Hall killing Vinnie.

I noticed this.

I read where they are going to use computer animation to slightly distort the facial features of the actors to make it more trippy.

Personally, I think Michael Keaton would have made an incredible Mad Hatter, or even better The March Hare.  I wish he was still doing movies with Tim.  Surely Johnny Depp can't do all the roles?   ::)
