'Trust' by Prince.  I like it a lot too!

I suppose the song makes sense in the scene since The Joker even asks the crowd "Hubba, hubba, hubba! Money, money, money! Who do you trust? Me? I'm giving away free money. And where is the Batman? HE'S AT HOME WASHING HIS TIGHTS!"    ;D

I think that it was three songs, at the ball at Wayne Manor there is a song or the tune of a song playing in the background, I think that was also by Prince.

The great thing about the movie's soundtrack is that Prince's songs were in surround sound with the vocal on 1 track and the backing track on another.
