Batman does carry his grappling gun everywhere he goes he could of attempted to shoot it down to catch on to her, to me he just stood there helpless, I picture Batman atleast making an attempt to save her, rather than just stand there with his mouth wide open watching her plummet to her death.

It would have been even more hilarious, in Batman's attempt to save The Ice Princess, he shoots the grapling gun down after her, but instead pierces her body - she's dead before she hits the ground. He'd really be framed good then!

That's nasty Dark Knight.  I'm glad that didn't happen.  To be honest, like Catwoman I'm sad she had to die, although I do think she would have survived had she not been so dim.  Although she may have been vain and self-centred, she didn't deserve to die like that.

I actually suspect that Ras Al Ghul did survive.  At least that's the clich? where villains are concerned, especially when the audience doesn't actually see their body.  I'm kind of hoping that he will show up again in a sequel, or that at least his daughter Talia does.

Back on subject, I'm afraid to say Catwoman that it doesn't look very likely that the Ice Princess survived.  Who does survive that kind of fall?
