1) His role in the film's climax
2) Meeting Max in Artic World
3) "Burn, baby, burn!"
4) "You don't really think you'll win, do you?"
5) The murder of the fat clown

2. Meeting Max in Arctic World
3. Fight with Batman and death sequences
4. Masquerade crash
5. Meeting Catwoman



1. when he was about to die.
2. when he was closer to dying
3. his death gargle
4. when he fell.
5. when he was pushed into the water by the penguins

I like this sequence as well.

1.  Penguin crashing the Masquerade
2.  Penguin's speech to the commandos
3.  Penguin meets Max (Arctic world)
4.  Penguin and Batman meet outside Shreck's/Catwoman
5.  Penguin's death


Catwoman introducing herself on the bed, and Penguin coming on to her.  ;D

Penguin getting excited with "the hottest young person a role model could have" after his bid for Mayor.  ;D

Penguin being enticed by Max dangling raw fish.  ;D

Oswald Cobblepot, "filling the void".  ;D

The "things change" exchange between Batman and Penguin.  8)

 - When he first meets and blackmails Max in his lair

- The Hall of Records where he's making his first born sons of Gotham list and his visit to the graveyard

- When he frames Batman at the second tree lighting ceremony

Just because he was proving to be a more worthy opponent to Bats by being several moves ahead of him, sorta like the Joker. Plus it was a great reference from the early comic books where he also framed him and had the cops after him.
