I choose to keep Chase Meridian because apart from being hot it would have been nice for the Batman movies to atleast keep a connection from the eariler movies in it, and to keep Uma Thurman because like or hate her performance shes a top actor and if had another director took over she would have done a way better performance. I would've hated Madonna though....but thats just my opinion ;D.

Oh, Sandman! :)

Uma Thurman is disgusting especially in that film, and Kidman was hot in BF cuz that was before she stopped eating and looked like a walking skeleton.

A bit harsh DarkVengeance.

I will however say that Uma Thurman did not look her best in this film, unlike most of the other actresses who appear in the Batman movies, including Nicole Kidman.  Nicole Kidman has always been very slim, but I agree that she looked healthier in Batman Forever than she tends to do now.
Johnny Gobs got ripped and took a walk off a roof, alright? No big loss.

Thats right I am harsh, the same way Batty is harsh to his enemies, am I supposed to be nice?lol

First one to be eliminated would be Elle Mcpherson. Who was extremely forgettable in B&R.

Second would be Alicia Silverstone. I like Alicia alright, but the introduction of Batgirl in a film where the previous film introduced Robin was a bit too much, too soon.

Uma Thurman? Eh ... she was alright. Pretty much fit right in with the rest of the movie. I think Uma's a very capable actress, but it's obvious Schumacher was going for a specific type of over-the-top-light-campy-direction and Uma's portrayal reflected that. Much like Tommy Lee Jones in Forever.

Nicole Kidman worked well in Schumacher's first outing, so I would definately keep her.

I'm not sure if Drew Barrymore, Debi Mazar, and Vivica A. Fox are worth mentioning. As their roles were very simplistic to say the least.

I really liked Elle Macpherson.  She looked amazing in the movie ;D and her character, Julie Madison was directly lifted from the comics.  Although I am not usually one to give any credit to Batman & Robin, I liked the fact that this film actually payed some lip service to Bruce Wayne's playboy lifestyle.

Alicia Silverstone, on the other hand, didn't cut it as Batgirl.  She looked nothing like Barbara Gordon, and there was no point introducing the character if the filmmakers were going to depart so comprehensively from her comic-book origins.  Her reimagining as Alfred's neice (even though he was about 50 years older than her, and would have made more sense as her grand-neice) was the final slap in the face for Pat Hingle's increasingly marginalised Commissioner Gordon.

Uma Thurman is a great actress, but that didn't come through in her performance as Poison Ivy.  She over-camped the part.  Julia Roberts, one of the first choices for the part would have been much better casting IMHO.  Like you say 'The Joker', Thurman was like TLJ another example of a great actor being directed to give an over-the-top camp performance that was entirely beneath them.  It's almost as if Schumacher showed them both videos of the 1960s TV series and said "That's what I want!"

I wouldn't have kept Nicole Kidman.  Not that she wasn't good, but simply because like the villains there should be some novelty factor to each Batman film as far as Bruce's girlfriends go.

I enjoyed Barrymore, Mazar and Vivica A. Fox, in the Batfilms but their roles were essentially updated versions of the 1960s villains' henchwomen.

I thought Elle Macpherson was a waste, even if she did portray a character from the comics, she had like 4 lines in the entire film. She was there purely for eye candy purposes but too bad they never had her wear anything remotely sexy.

Atleast they put Kidman in some super sexy clothes, and the sheet scene mmm mmm good!

I don't know about that.  Macpherson's pink suit was eye-catching, and the low-cut dress she wore at the planetarium benefit highlighed her curves.

Besides, I personally think Macpherson's much more classically attractive than Nicole Kidman, who was never really considered a great beauty until Batman Forever came out.

I cant agree with that one bit, Im a huge fan of classic beauties from the 40's-60's and Kidman fits the bill perfectly, just do a little research on that and maybe you'll see that.

Its quite obvious why she was casted in BF  because SHE DID have a very big Male fanbase that found her greatly attractive Im sure WB wouldnt have casted her otherwise, every woman in a Batman film up until that point had a large male fanbase that found the women highly attractive, to draw the male audience even more, thats how they made films then and partly now still.

I thought the wardrobe for Elle looked tacky, not classic in any way possible and definitly not sexy one bit, you should define it differently than "classic" because shes much more of a modern looking woman, where Nicole has qualities that women did in the era I stated, much like Michelle did in BR regardless of hairstyle and clothing.

I think it's vice-versa for me, DV. I've never really seen Kidman as a "classic beauty". In many ways. she pretty much has the 1990's written all over her, if you ask me. I dunno why, though...
