So, my poll is about which of the female actors would you prefer to be in Batman and Robin if it would have been better. Plus explain how you would have loved to seen their versions of the characters. ;D

I chose Elle because not only was she hot (still is), but she also got into character.

Here are my reasons for not choosing the others:

1) I didn't like Chase Meridian because she reminded me of a hooker & a confused 16 yr. old girl.

2) I didn't like Uma's Poison Ivy portrayal because she seemed like she would forget her lines & was rather dull IMHO. I'm not sure why a lot of people say that she was perfect.

3) Batgirl had no place in B&R, whatsoever (although Alicia Silverstone was hot, & is still attractive).

4) Drew Barrymore's character (Sugar) was of no importance. She was just a henchwoman for Two-Face, that's all.

The fact is Batman & Robin was a mess and little of that can be attributed to the casting of the actresses.  Having said that, I still think Uma Thurman and Alicia Silverstone were miscast.  Uma Thurman was overly campy in the role and too unconventional looking for her character whilst Alicia Silverstone wasn't able to convince as a tough tomboyish character having thus far specialised in playing 'Valley Girl' types.  I honestly think the original choice, Julia Roberts would have suited either of these roles better than Uma or Alicia.
On the other hand, the supporting actresses such as Elle Macpherson, Vivica A Fox and Vendela were well cast in their roles.  It's a pity that Elle Macpherson didn't have a better script to work with since she was well-suited to playing the socialite, Julie Madison.
Nicole Kidman did well in Batman Forever, but I think audiences enjoyed the novelty of each movie having a new villain(s) and female lead.
Johnny Gobs got ripped and took a walk off a roof, alright? No big loss.

julia roberts as ivy could've been kewl. as for the rest, idk.

Madonna as Poison Ivy would've been pretty interesting.

LOL

But acting-wise, did you like her?

um....is that a trick question?

lol.

ya i mean its a fun movie kind of like the old tv show. thats whats so kewl about batman is there's so many diff styles like dark and kind of funny and all that. so when you think of it like that yes i did.  :)

I choose to keep Chase Meridian because apart from being hot it would have been nice for the Batman movies to atleast keep a connection from the eariler movies in it, and to keep Uma Thurman because like or hate her performance shes a top actor and if had another director took over she would have done a way better performance. I would've hated Madonna though....but thats just my opinion ;D.
