Four words: Yvonne Craig as Batgirl!

I gotta admit that this show is helping me drown down my sorrows I had over tonight. Thanks Adam West and Burt Ward!

In all seriousness, the 60s Batman movie is a masterpiece.

If you haven't seen it in a year or two because you despise its silliness, pop it in and sit in awe of the brilliantly fun movie you've been missing. You will say - where had I been? Why in the world was I lamenting a lack of grit when there was this ridiculous, damn well-made spectacle right under my nose?

One can be harsh on the film as an adult, but that would be denying what the film is. It?s campy and it knows it. The film is the perfect example of deadpan comedy done right. I?m happy to be able to enjoy that film like a kid, or at least a loosened up adult.

Batman: The Movie is indeed a very entertaining, and fun film to watch, and whenever I think about  the film, I always think of Lee Meriwether's turn as Catwoman. Who I felt did an excellent job, and was needless to say, extremely attractive in the part. I also liked Meriwether's appearance in the 2nd season of the tv series where she played a different character who invites Bruce into her hotel room for milk and cookies.  :D
"Imagination is a quality given a man to compensate him for what he is not, and a sense of humour was provided to console him for what he is."

I've been watching the TV show on youtube. I badly want the legal mess sorted out so it can be released on DVD. I could watch it all day. Brilliant stuff.

What legal mess?? And I agree, the 60's show has that light heartedness that makes me forget this cold disgusting world we humans have created for ourselves.  ...lol sorry about that.
