I know he's a touchy topic but I figured it'd be worth noting. I scanned these from his Batman & Me book

Very interesting, I definitely see an effort to adapt the classic style into more realism. I like seeing Kane drawing Batman with Infantino's "new look" design; it's an interesting mash-up. There's something interesting going on with the wings there, it brings to mind Batman's first appearance with more rigid wings. The pictures of rigid wings and flowing cape almost seem like a Batman Begins technology. I think this concept may have even been the inspiration behind the glider wings in Batman Returns. The little claws at the top of the wings definitely look intentional.

The Batmobile also looks modernized while also keeping the iconic battering ram on the front. As much as the '89 Batmobile was the best, the bat head on the Batmobile was the most defining characteristic of the comic book car. I'd still love to see a design try to incorporate that.

As far as I can see, the Batplane was basically identical to the comics version. Both would be successful and appropriate for the pseudo 40s Gotham.

I think it's fitting that the first vehicles Batman used (Detective Comics #27 in 1939 and Detective Comics #48 in 1941) were attributed to Kane. They were simply bright red cars without fins, shields or any bat motifs. As we know, if Batman was a pure Kane creation the character and his world would look a lot different and for the worse. Bill Finger coined the term 'Batmobile' and Jerry Robinson drew the general template of what we are used to seeing these days in Batman #5.

When did Kane draw this car? The bumper totally looks like a mid 80's Corvette!

If it's from Batman & Me, odds are the mid/late Eighties.

So, it probably is an Eighties Corvette.
