Dexter: Original Series/New Blood/Original Sin/Resurrection

Peter Dinklage has officially joined the Resurrection cast. He will portray 'Leon Prater,' a billionaire venture capitalist. To the world, Leon is a generous philanthropist, but behind his polished exterior lies dark intrigue. It is understood that he will be the big bad of the season.

As a more general note, I've always liked Christian Slater. He's always welcome in pretty much anything. Every time he shows up, I don't miss James Remar pretty much at all.

It's understandable if some people still aren't sold on the entire Dexter- Original Sin concept. But I can't knock the casting of DOS pretty much at all. Everyone in the cast gets done episode after episode.

Getting caught up on DOS. Just finished Business And Pleasure.

The "fan service" concept gets such a bad rap most of the time. But personally, I never saw the problem with it. I certainly don't see a problem with it in today's media environment.

And this episode has quite a lot. I suppose that actually was Brian Moser in the restaurant back in the second or third episode. Seems obvious enough. It also suggests an even nastier side of Brian what with the fingernail polish and everything that season 01 of the main show never really explained. The pieces are there waiting for you to put them together in... kind of sinister way.

Frankly, I'm enjoying DOS.
