Came across this looking for info on the Batman Returns one.

The poster doesn't seem to have posted anything regarding the contests, but if we don't get an official extended cut, hopefully, this is the next best thing.

What's interesting is in Seals memorial video for Joel Schumacher, he mentions that "Kiss from a rose" was edited into a love scene but it didn't work so it was but at the credits. There was a love scene between Batman and Chanse (that I assume was re-filmed/edited to the infamous smile scene?) It was also scripted so I wonder if was in fact filmed?

Hopefully this is the next best thing, but the poster hasn't uploaded more about it

I talked to someone who knows about it and they said it's exactly like the finished product. :/ Hopefully there are earlier copies out there.

Interesting. I've long assumed a BF extended edition would more or less resemble the edit I viewed years ago now, which seamlessly included all the deleted scenes. I'm not familiar with anything else that would still be on the cutting room floor. But even if the deleted scenes we already know about were reinstated for an official release, I'd be happy to see it. At the time I said the fully fledged BF is one of the best Batman movies I've seen, and I still stand by that. Would you have the opening credits placed earlier (I'm referring to the white text of actor names) to accommodate the opening at Arkham? Or keep them exactly where they are, with the Two-Face escape serving as a delayed introduction to the film proper?

That's a tough question. Schumacher said he wanted to do something new for the credits (thus the CG name flyby) and it does sandwich nicely with his mark on the (re-filmed) ending. I think keeping them as is would be ok. I just wish we could get a creditless suit up since that came a bit later. I actually like the buildup to see Val in suit.
