This user remastered the teaser in HD for the first time.

I've been hoping for the last couple of years someone would do something like this and am overwhelmed that the day has finally arrived. This is what the 4K Blu-ray should have looked like.

Got another vintage vid today. According to the uploader this was from a local broadcast in Massachusetts. It's a Batman collector and store owner talking about collectible Batman merch and they discuss the 89 film a few times. It also comes complete with a prank call!

According to the title these were cookies made in Peru at the time.

I've been hoping for the last couple of years someone would do something like this and am overwhelmed that the day has finally arrived. This is what the 4K Blu-ray should have looked like.

In terms of the picture quality, I'm very happy with the 4K remaster. I've seen users on forums compare the 4K to a 35mm print of the film and it seemed faithful to me. Just a shame that it took 30 years to get a release that remained true to how the film looked in theatres.

Ah, those damn countertop cardboard cup holders! Every time I try to win one on Ebay the price doubles.

Ah, those damn countertop cardboard cup holders! Every time I try to win one on Ebay the price doubles. 

I saw one on eBay just now going for a starting bid of $38, but it's not the countertop one it's the kind that they'd hang from the ceiling.

I gotta say in retrospect, the McDonalds glasses for Batman Forever blow all the other cup promotions out of the water. Really wish Batman 89 had been given cups of that quality.

Yeah, that ceiling one went pretty cheap, but then the countertop one went for $158.
