I couldn't find this commercial on the forum anywhere, so here it is.

Even now, I'm impressed by that commercials attention to detail, the Elfman-inspired background music, the production design, the Keatonesque body language of the Batman actor (who probably wasn't Keaton), the detailing on the costume, the atmosphere. For a 30-second commercial, somebody sure put in a lot of effort.

I don't think that's Keaton. The actor playing Batman in the commercial has a square chin and lower lip is slender. Keaton's chin is more round and lip is bigger.

It wouldn't surprise me if that commercial was a big influence on the OnStar advertising campaign back in 2000.

I love how the B89 Batarang makes a cameo at the end of the ad.

I love the wide overhead shot of the Batmobile speeding down the curved street. It has a German Expressionistic vibe which I dig.

Agreed. The commercial made a great effort in resembling a Burton Batman movie.
