^  Yep, the Arkhamverse games make me feel like Batman. Gliding around, beating goons up with massive combos, using gadgets, etc.

Apparently the third game is rumoured to be a prequel dealing with the Justice League and Batman's first meeting with the Joker. If the game is done well like the other two, I suppose I can't complain. But I have to say I'd prefer to see the continuation of the story, rather than stepping back in time. I'm fine with Robin and Nightwing coming into the plot, but I'm also a little uneasy about the inclusion of other heroes, particularly the super powered sort.

I don't like it one bit. Superman, Green lantern and the flash would have ruined either of the first 2 games if they were there for any more than a Robinlike cameo

I've literally just bought the Arkham Asylum videogame for Pc.

BE sure to check some of the character model mods. I wish I had a PC video game system type deal just for that reason.

What would that be ?

This game...omg. I FINALLY am getting to play it and omg. Just...omg.

This is AMAZING. OMG. Everything about it is so freaking amazing so far. The look and feel and sound and everything. This is what Batman should be! I LOVE IT.

Now if only I could avoid dying like 500 more times and quit getting lost. The map is a little hard to understand lol. But so far I am LOVING it!

Between Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, which game do you reckon is better Catwoman?

Both are great, but I prefer City simply because it feels more open world and the side missions give you more to do. But I have to admit, I prefer Asylum as a story better. I like how its Batman stranded on an island cut off from everywhere else and he survives against all odds. That's not to say that City doesn't have high stakes either, but I reckon the first game is better written.

QuoteJonathan Nolan: He [Batman] has this one rule, as the Joker says in The Dark Knight. But he does wind up breaking it. Does he break it in the third film?

Christopher Nolan: He breaks it in...

Jonathan Nolan: ...the first two.

I didn't play any of the main story on City, just Catwoman's stories and a lot of the challenges (which is totally coming in handy with clearing rooms of thugs) so I can't really say yet. But wow. This game is just....wow. It's like being in the most badass Batman movie ever and you're playing Batman.

The setting for these games is just perfection. The snowy setting of AC and the dark, stormy fall of AA are just...yea. They're perfect. Those are like THE two best settings for Batman. Not that a hot summer night wouldn't be great too.

AA has the best atmosphere of the Arkham games, no doubt about it.

I think the rain from AK is great, and AO really nails the Christmas vibe well.

I beat it! And holy crap it was amazing. Like I said it was like the best Batman movie ever and you're the Bat. You literally FEEL like Batman doing the detective work and stuff which didn't feel odd at all even though I'm a girl lol. Loved it. It was so exhilarating.

I will say this. The Killer Croc level scared the HELL out of me. I'd be creeping along trying not to let him know where I was and when he'd jump out, if it was in front of me I was fine and shocked his ass with the collar but if he was anywhere else I freaking panicked like "OH sh*t WHERE IS HE WHERE IS HE WHERE IS HE" and I'd be frantically looking around and finally see him just in time to get tackled and scream. lol. Once I finally beat it I shut the Xbox off and took a nap cause I was so drained.

The fight with Pammy was hard at first til I figured out what I was doing, but....um....did anyone else find her cries when hit to be a little.....you know? lol. I just knew any second wifey was gonna yell "What are you DOING in there" lmao.

But I loved it. It was challenging but not so hard you were like "eff this I'm done." Of course I was playing on normal and I'm sure yall all did it on hard and think I'm a lameass but still. It was amazing.

Now then. Time for Arkham City, where I can be the Arkham Kitty. ;D yes I just made that up. Don't judge me...ok go ahead lol.
