Off to top of my head, though I'm sure there's more:

On Leather Wings
Heart of Ice
The Clayface Two-parter
Almost Got 'im
Two Face (parts 1 and 2)
Robin's Reckoning (Parts 1 and 2)
The Demon's Quest (Parts 1 and 2)
The Laughing Fish
The Mechanic
Riddler's Reform
Second Chance
Holiday Knights
Cold Comfort
Growing Pains
Legends of the Dark Knight
Scratch my back
Mad Love

And all the episodes mentioned in this thread.  :)

Also love MOTP, Sub-Zero, and Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker

BTAS was a great series. I can't pick favorite episodes. But I'll say
Legends of the Dark Knight
Nothing to Fear
Harley and Ivy
the Joker's Wild
Cat Scratch Fever
the Strange Secret of Bruce Wayne
Mad Love

Can anyone tell me what the polling results were for the top 10 episodes? Here's mine:

1. Laughing Fish
2. Robin's Reckoning 1 & 2
3. Perchance to Dream
4. Baby Doll
5. Why Aren't You Rich?
6. Two-Face 1 & 2
7. Beware of the Gray Ghost
8. Dreams in Darkness
9. What is Reality?
10. Riddler's Reform

The radio show thing fell through, so I will announce the results later today  :)

My fav:
- On leather wings;
- Nothing to fear;
- The Last Laugh;
- Pretty Poison;
- It's never too late;
- Two-Face 1&2;
- Vendetta
- Dreams in Darkness;
- Blind as a bat;
- A bullet for Bullock;
- The Laughing fish;
- Joker's wild
- Trial;
-
Batman Arkham Asylum: The Batman game the fans were waiting for.

I only own the first three volumes of TAS on DVD and was wondering if the forth volume is worth getting? I heard that the quality of the show went down for the forth one even though Bruce Timm's team made it.

You should actually get the complete set that came out recently. The third season of B:TAS is actually titled the New Adventures of Batman & Robin. I enjoyed it. My advice is just don't let the people who told you it sucked get to you. That season also has the episode "Bane", which is another of my favorite episodes. I love it when Bane says "No, you can't beat me! I am Bane! I am invincible! I am Bane! (falls asleep after Batman pulls out the tube from Bane's mask)" after Batman damages his Venom device. Now THAT'S a triumphant Batman moment!

The third volume was actually called The Adventures of Batman & Robin and I own that copy. I'm talking about the FORTH volume that features a very different look and tone of the series when it moved from Fox to WB in the late-90's.

Do you mean the New Batman Adventures? I thought you meant season, sorry. Anyway, TNBA is pretty much a sequel to B:TAS rather than a part of it. Anyway, sure the tone & designs are different, but it's still an enjoyable show. It's a shame that it was cancelled for that load of garbage known as "Batman Beyond". I mean seriously, a teenager as Batman? It's not even Bruce Wayne! What purpose did this stupid show have? If you ask me, Batman Beyond is the DCAU show not worth buying. That's just IMO. ;)

Yep, I mean that one (The New Adventures of B&R). Is it anything like The Batman (2004) cartoon? That show sucks IMO.
