The Affleck line feels three years out of date...
That awkward moment when you remember the only Batman who's never killed is George Clooney...

Unfortunately the video didn't work for me, but I found another version that does.

True. I've got a lot of reservations about Batman v Superman, and to be brutally honest my expectations are a lot lower than I'd like them to be. But Affleck is one aspect of the movie I'm fairly confident will deliver. West has given him his approval in real life too, so Wolowitz's line here does come across as rather outdated.

The scriptwriters are also wrong about West never having to say the "I'm Batman" line. He did say it, more than once as I recall, although not in the same context as the other actors.

West is awesome.

Love the bit where they have him say Bale is overrated.  ;D

The two nerds on the right are jerks.  Worried about Affleck?  Suggesting Bale is the best and the one who personified the words "I am Batman"?  ::)
Johnny Gobs got ripped and took a walk off a roof, alright? No big loss.

They're jerks for their opinions? If that's the case, West is a jerk to Nolan/Bale fans for his "my poodle knows Bale is overrated." That was a deeper burn on any of the actors than even the Affleck bit at the end.

It's a sitcom about nerds. Of course they were going to have a debate with West on who was the best Batman, for the sake of the scene, and of course they were all going to have different opinions about West vs. Keaton vs. Bale and mention Affleck.

Not sure what Raj meant by Keaton bringing a sense of humor to the role, though. If anything, he was known for the opposite at the time when most people only had him and West to compare.

I'm just venting about fictional characters BatmAngelus.

I'd never attack a real person for having an opinion.  :)

But in any case, I'm with Raj (I don't know what he meant about Keaton either, but whatever it was, it sounded positive).

I wonder which actor Sheldon would rank as the best Batman. I'd imagine West due to his scientific brilliance and over-the-top deductive skills.

I picture Sheldon saying Kevin Conroy and the others arguing that Conroy shouldn't count for not being live action.  ;D

Actually yeah, that's precisely the kind of nonconformist answer he'd give. Anything to be awkward.
