Why has the book 'The Art Of The Dark Knight' not been released in Ireland or the UK yet?

In fact no TDK book has come to think of it, not even the novel!!

What is up?
WB have been marketing this thing for over 8 months and I havent seen hardly any merchindise! :o

Have they messed up? Indy 4 had a sh1t load of stuff out the week of its release!

I was in Waterstones and WHSmith today looking for these books and nothing. Because I had got an e-mail from amazon.co.uk saying the book was unavailable!? :o

Yeah, The Art of The Dark Knight has yet to arrive for me as well. I'm itching to see what's in it.

I picked this up a while ago. It's a good book, it's nice to have the complete script on hand.

It's not bad. It's good to have something from the film. To own a piece of it. It's proudly in my collection.
