I merged the topic "Maybe we should sign a petition for Tim Burton to produce HIS version of Forever" because it was very similar to an existing topic.

Sadly with Nolan having to world wrapped round his finger the chances of even trying to get this off the ground is next to impossible, never seeing Michael Keaton as Batman again is so depressing :( ??? :'(.

Also Nolan has legion's of fans that would prob destroy WB if they did start anything Batman without there beloved Nolan...stupid fans. Never the less if you were to start anything im willing to help you anyway i can ;).

That's if Nolan comes back......and I wouldn't be suprised if he didn't.

Please don't take this the wrong way but it's all i can hope for.

Even at the age he is, i still want to see Michael Keaton wear the cape and cowl he was born to wear and once again take his role as the greatest Batman ever

Hopefully Nolan will do a third, so he can finish the greatest Batman trilogy of all-time!!!

I have given a name to my pain, and it is BATMAN.

Meh :-\. Be better if Burton finished off his even better series, but i guess nolan's fine.

If Burton did a third, I don't think it could be classed as a trilogy.

Returns isn't and was never meant to be a sequel.  A trilogy should be of 3 movies that all continue a storyline.

True but you can see some conections of Batman in Returns. If Burton/Keaton were to make another movie you can't say you wouldn't want to see it.

alot of people in here have alot of faith in something that will never happen, even if they came to Burton to do it, I highly HIGHLY doubt he would ever have any interest in treading over old territory.

Exactly. The original Batman movies are not like the Back to the Future or Star Wars pictures where each film was like the next chapter of a book. They were like new episodes in a TV series.
