i TOTALLY have like a script or story idea for a batman & supes vs joker and lex luthor (and no it doesn't copy world's finest lol). maybe i should submit it? if i randomly disappear and you guys suddenly see that every scene in the movie is having to be reshot you will know they picked up my script and paid me $5 million for it and so i'm too busy carousing with the rich and famous to deal with the little people.

if i write and post this as a fan fic would you guys read it?

Sure.  If you get paid and become famous will you remember the little people who were the first to identify your promise as a writer?
Johnny Gobs got ripped and took a walk off a roof, alright? No big loss.

depends on how drunk i get the night of my book launch party.

I think it's a really dumb rumor, personally.  The director of photography just takes a photo of a playing card in concrete and everyone makes leaps in logic.

Yup.

Besides, Batman vs Superman is loaded with enough characters as it is. Definitely don't need another The Amazing Spider-Man 2 situation here.

Batman vs. Superman News: Actor Callan Mulvey Tight-Lipped on 'The Joker' Role in Upcoming Film

By Jenalyn Villamarin | May 30, 2014 3:36 PM EST
Current reports on "The Joker" in the "Batman vs. Superman" film links actor Callan Mulvey to the villain character. However, the "300: Rise of an Empire" star remains tight-lipped on the subject whenever asked if he will portray the scary role in the upcoming superhero film.

According to the HNGN report, an unnamed TMZ employee asked Callan Mulvey what the actor can share about the "Batman vs. Superman" film. The 39-year-old actor responded that he cannot talk or say anything about it because he has sworn secrecy.

"You're going to have to wait and see," Mulvey teased in the recent TMZ interview. Last April, film director Zack Snyder has confirmed the addition of Callan Mulvey, Holly Hunter and Tao Okamoto to the cast members of the "Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice" film but did not reveal the characters they will be portraying.

The MLive report noted how director Zack Snyder praised Callan Mulvey for his acting skills while they worked in the film titled "300: Rise of an Empire. "He's a fantastic actor and I'm looking forward to having the chance to work with him again," Snyder declared in the Entertainment Weekly report during the cast announcement of the film last April 3.

The reports on Callan Mulvey's "The Joker" role in the "Batman vs. Superman" film started a couple of days after actor Adrien Brody expressed his interest in portraying the villain character. Cinematographer Larry Fong has also teased the fans about "The Joker" when he posted an image on Twitter but the "Batman vs. Superman" production team has given any statement to confirm or deny the appearance of the character in the film.

In the "Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice" film, the actors reprising their roles from the "Man of Steel" movie in 2013 are Henry Cavill (Superman), Amy Adams (Lois Lane),  Diane Lane (Martha Kent) and Laurence Fishburne (Perry White. The new faces that join the cast are Ben Affleck (Batman), Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor) and Jeremy Irons (Alfred Pennyworth).

The "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on May 6, 2016.

This guy was in The Winter Soldier, though he was more of an unmemorable character. He could be playing a new Superman villain, one who hasn't been on the big screen before...or he could be the next Joker. If that were true, I wonder how would Joker fit into the plot if he's more than a cameo appearance?
QuoteJonathan Nolan: He [Batman] has this one rule, as the Joker says in The Dark Knight. But he does wind up breaking it. Does he break it in the third film?

Christopher Nolan: He breaks it in...

Jonathan Nolan: ...the first two.

If it was truly Batman vs Superman I'd say the villains should be Lex Luthor and the Joker but seeing as how it's half the justice league, I'll say it's still too soon;

With all that's going on, there likely wont be much screentime for the villains so why burn the Joker? As much people rag on Nolan, his villain choice in Batman Begins was smart and set up a new trend for comic films; use a lesser villain for the origin story and save the arch enemy for the sequels.

I think The Joker could and should 'appear' in BvS.

This Batman is apparently meant to be a seasoned pro. So why not show us a fully kitted out batcave loaded with vehicles he has used over the years? And of course, mementos he has accumilated. One of those being Joker related.

I want them to really bring it with this movie. They have to go all out and live up to the exciting potential it offers.

If you've read the Hush series, there's panels of the batcave showing the West, Keaton, and Bale batmobiles side by side. It would be awesome if they did that here and had all the old batsuits as well. Though I doubt WB would allow such a thing.

Hopefully they just leave Joker alone for a while. I love him, but enough already. I don't think he'd even really fit the vibe of this movie. Unless they get Mark Hamill, which would make me c** my pants (& they should get him, he really ought to have his chance to do a live action Joker, & now would be the perfect opportunity for an older Joker with the obvious DKR influence in BvS), I'd rather see another shade of the Batman mythos highlighted for once. Enough of this 'shadowy anti-hero vs. grimy, noir-clown' stuff, let's finally see Bats as a hero - one who actually belongs in JLA alongside Clark & the Boys (& girl.) As many people have pointed out, Ben now does heavily resemble BTAS Bruce, so hopefully they're on the right track.

and Christ, if they're going to bother having Luthor in the pic, give him the focus & screentime he deserves. He's just about as legendary as Joker or any other comic villain.

I'd say Luthor is more vital to the franchise than the Joker would be; Superman doesn't have the rogue gallery Batman does and with Zod burned off, Luthor should be vital to the franchise.
Hammil as the Joker would be too perfect especially since he wouldn't need to carry the film.
