To come back & do a full re-edit of batman forever similar to how richard donner came back to do superman 2 back in 06?Do think you he'd change the timeline of the movie to match the scripts they had going for it back in 95?Or would he have changed the films visuals such as gotham city & the batmobile to match his first films?& would have asked elfman to back as well to do a new score for the film? What do you guys think?? :)
You ether die a trilogy or live long enough to see yourself become batman & robin

that would be cool. the idea i have read that i would LOVE was an animated movie with the voices of the actors he wanted (michael, michelle, robin williams, billy dee williams, and rene russo). problem is michael gough and pat hingle are dead but they could replace them with similar voices i guess.

Yeah but another problem is that they'll have a tough time trying to match up to pat & gough both in voice & emotion.

The situations aren't comparable. Donner had shot the majority of Superman II when he was fired. Burton was not attached to Forever as a director at any point wherein a script had been written; his only contribution to the screenplay was that he and Joel Schumacher jointly approached the Batchlers. He had nothing to do with filming.

i am going to start calling unmarried boy bat fans "batchlers"

Jeeez i know that i just did this as a fun "what-if" question & nothing to take seriously about it other than to see how everyone felt about the idea burton doing a re-edit of BF that's all :-X

Don't feel bad about it.  I'm interested in your thread and ideas for a Burton-inspired fan-edit and I'm sure others, if not everyone here, are too.  :)
Johnny Gobs got ripped and took a walk off a roof, alright? No big loss.
