Well we all know that Bruce couldn't work it out with these two goregeous
women,so If it could have worked out,who do you think would be with Bruce forever?^^ Vicky was so caught up with her bat lust for Batman that
she couldn't see the trur him while Selina was willing to go the full way.

I think Vicki would have been more willing to work at a relationship with Bruce.  Bruce does say that it was his fault the relationship broke up.

With Selina, the roles would be reversed and Selina would be likely to break it off.

I would go for Selina too. She is the mirror image of Bruce in so many ways. They both have psychological issues and dark alter ego's. They are bo th perfect for each other.
