I've always wondered about those paintings The Joker wrecks in the museum. Do those works of art actually exist? Obviously if they did I doubt the filmmakers would use the actual paintings to cover with multi-colored paint. But they certainly look very professionally produced. Or are they just clever production art by say Anton Furst?

They're all famous pieces of artwork including the Francis Bacon painting the Joker refuses to desecrate because "I kinda like this one".
Johnny Gobs got ripped and took a walk off a roof, alright? No big loss.


Ah I see. As you've noticed I'm by no means an art expert lol

Still these paintings really do look more interesting once red, yellow, blue and green paint has been splashed across em lol Perhaps they should be done as posters with Joker paint applied. I'd like the one with the red hand prints myself.
