Catwoman wanted to know who dies; plenty of citizens of gotham die as well as Tate/talia al ghul and Bane.

I think you might enjoy the film more if you didn't know this. But if you're really curious...

Catwoman kills Bane by shooting him with the guns on the Batpod.

Batman kills Talia by firing on her truck from the Bat (his new aircraft) and causing her to crash.

Neither scene is graphic or bloody though. Just good clean fun.
