I had the MegaDrive version, but tbh never got passed the first level, the music scared me :-[

But I've been playing the ones posted above, can't get the controls, but I'll get 'em in time ;D

The BR game for Super Nintendo was awesome just a good ol "beat em up" game that even had Elfman's theme in it.

I have given a name to my pain, and it is BATMAN.

Definitely, that's the one I own. I play it through on my old SNES occasionally. Konami was one of the best game makers back in the day.
Sam Kinison is my God.

This is a very well written, excellent article. I'm glad he mentions Yoichi Yoshimoto, the attention to detail seen in these two SNES Batman games was rarely seen in licenced games outside of LucasArts. And perfect timing! :)

i've been playing the super nintendo one on a emulator on my computer. i'm to the last stage...after dying like 500 times and going back to where i saved the game...lol

One of these days, I'm just going to pull out the old SNES out of the closet and play this game again. I remember always wishing there was a SNES Batman 1989 game that had that SNES Batman Returns style game play.

The game is pretty good for it's time.

Though, I don't like the Batman (1989) Game Boy game much. It has Batman shooting people with guns! I mean, Burton's Batman did kill at times, but he was not The Punisher.

guns? i need to play that one. get rid of some frustration.
