I'm trying to help the Batman wiki, it's listed as Joe but in other places there are dead links to William.

If you look at the press conference scene at the start of Batman 89 - the first name on his place card seems to be a 3/4 letter name

After checking the Blu-ray, it does look like a short first name. Unfortunately, it's too blurry.
I've checked every official source: the film, the script, the comic adaption, the souvenir magazine, and the art book.
None of them give a first name.
