HBO First Look?

Hey guys, does anyone remember if there was an HBO First Look of this film back in '89? I remember a few people talking about it but I don't recall seeing it personally nor can I find it on youtube.

Was there one and if so is there a link if any?

I dont think so I know they did one for returns after the movie was out

A "Batman 89 hbo" search revealed this as first result. It's not HBO, but I hadn't seen it.

The UK Making of Hero Documentary,  really should have been included with the dvd special features, for the 2 disc special edition release, along with the exclusive 20/20 segment Batman's Back Summer of 1989. Sadly, both documentaries have been omitted from the dvd special features.

The 20/20 segment "Batman's Back" is truly a gem, for it is the only existing documentary I know of, that features, Shirley Walker conducting the orchestra.

Yeah, someone told me that there was definitely no First Look for this but for Batman Returns. I agree 100% that the 20/20 segment should have been on the SE DVD and also the UK Making of a Hero Doc. I don't know if WB would have to acquire the rights to them before they can consider including it but those were two things that could have been included.

Are you referring to David Schultz?  He assaulted a reporter.  So... Not really sure how that was 20/20's fault.
