riddler I hope you don't mind that I changed your avatar - it was too funny to pass up!

i don't think this is going to be good. :(

Oh and welcome back Catwoman

Young actress Joey King confirms what we've suspected all along:

This character's probably the film's worst kept secret and I'm still wondering why they bothered to cover her up.
That awkward moment when you remember the only Batman who's never killed is George Clooney...

Agreed. And we had a certain person on BOF saying just because we saw set shots of her in a Ras type robe, surrounded by guards with machine guns, stepping over dead bodies - it didn't mean she was Talia. What an insult to our intelligence. I just hope Talia and the LOS don't take over everything and make Bane look like a puppet - which he isn't. It's one of my criticisms of how they are used. Like in AC, Ras turns up and all of a sudden the big bad Hugo Strange was being used.

Neeson confirms that he's back as Ra's, but probably not for more than one scene.

Quote"I was on set for maybe an hour-and-a-half and the director didn't tell me anything of what it's about.

"So, I'm being very honest when I say I have no idea what's going to happen."

I'm going to guess that Neeson will be part of a series of flashback scenes (with Josh Pence as his younger self) and Joey King as young Talia.

This will be rather interesting.  I'm curious how the flashbacks will fit in and I tend not to like the whole "bring in the unmentioned child/relative of a previous character" device.  Plus, the Miranda Tate-Talia just feels like a repeat of Ducard-Ra's to me.

Just a parenthesis as this doesn't have to do with the plot, but it didn't need its own thread either. From the facebook page, the toys are revealed (and consequently, the character designs). Bane REALLY looks like a baddie from G.I. Joe (they can't do many different things with militaristic designs), and Catwoman looks really close to Julie Newmarr's outfit.

Kind of old news, but it seems that the Batwing will be called "The Bat" in the film.

Am I the only one who finds this ironic?  It looks the least bat-like out of any version of the Batplane/Batwing!

Granted, the bat-like design is a little more evident there than in The Tumbler, but still.  What's wrong with Batman flying a plane that's in the shape of a bat?

A few reasons. It's not realistic enough. There has to be a reason as to why it looks like it does. And frankly, Batman flying a bat shaped vehicle is just embarrassing. That's what you'd hear from Nolan hardliners.
