Just saw this over at Batman-on-film, the production may run into some delays or trouble because of a freeze on film tax credit in Pittsburg where they where to film ALOT of the movie, it's a very interesting development:

"Looks like your earlier report about the Steel City being in danger of losing THE DARK KNIGHT RISES due to a freeze on the state's film tax credit program is gaining some steam. A local casting agency sent out an e-mail earlier tonight encouraging residents to contact local lawmakers and Pa. Gov. Tom Corbett for fear of losing TDKR and several other productions if the freeze is not lifted. A statement on Nancy Mosser Casting's website says 'the producers of Batman and 2 other movies have all said if the money is not released they WILL go elsewhere and Pittsburgh will lose an astronomical amount of money.' Also included on the site is a link to a letter posted online by local union that goes into more detail, saying TDKR is set to shoot 60 percent of the movie in Pittsburgh, which has been the rumored amount."
