Adult movie parody

Is this an adult movie spoof or a spoof of adult movies?  In my opinion, this question makes all the difference since I'm not a fan of porn but might be willing to enjoy a comedy film that spoofs adult movies.

Does that mean you've seen the adult classics (yes,  I use that term loosely), Batman in Robin, Buttman, Buttman Returns, Buttman Forever, Buttman and Throbin, and Buttman and Throbin meet The Poker?

Oh dear, this has started something.

Vivid Entertainment has announced the creation of Vivid-Superhero, a new label that will deliver porn parodies of the likes of Superman, Green Hornet, Spider-Man, Wonder Woman, Captain America, Thor and the Incredible Hulk reports Official Wire.

The move comes hot on the heels of "Batman XXX: A Porn Parody", a spoof of the 1960's TV show incarnation of the comic character mixed with a regular heterosexual porn feature. The non-explicit trailer for the production released the other week pulled in over 150,000 views in the first 24 hours and has scored a lot of mainstream attention.

A lot of the interest is not just the characters themselves (or the porn for that matter), but the seeming effort put into being faithful to the material. Bleeding Cool reports that the original "Batman" TV show?s costume designers were apparently involved in re-creating outfits for the film which gets released May 24th.

As a former video store employee I can say with certainty that Buttman and Throbin is indeed real.  I have heard of Batman In Robin, but never saw the cover box.  As for the others, they too are real, as I got that information off a funny names for porno movies list.  Curiosity never over took me enough to take Buttman and Throbin home and give it a viewing.  THANK GOD!

I'm betting Marvel and DC are not too happy about this. But since it's a parody, there's not much they can do about it.

They do have a joint trademark on the word "superhero" but (aside from one lawsuit against an independent comic book) I can't think of a time they've ever publicly enforced it.
