You are welcome guys!  I wasn't really looking for it, I just came across it while looking for the Batdance music video, because I was in the mood to watch it and I didn't want to go upstairs and grab my special edition DVD.  

I looked around and learned that Prince opened up with The Future on that tour, which was called The Nude Tour.  He also played Batdance and Partyman.  If you are curious you can read more about it here:

And since at the end of the video you can clearly hear the very tail end of Batdance, I did some digging around and I listened to the version that he played on that tour.  Not great by any stretch of the imagination as much as I hate to say it.  The song begins where The Joker says, "Stop the press!" and ends where The Joker says, "This town needs an enema!" with the canned Joker laughing - basically the middle of the song.  I have always wanted to hear the full song live.  Not just part of it.  The Future for the most part sounds like the album version, with the exception of some rap by a back up singer towards the end.  Sounds like a snippet from another song, but all and all it sounds decent.
