Well, that's simple.  I want the lost footage.  Ever notice the footage in the previews that was not in the film?  That's what I'd like for a 20th anniversary package.
The hopeful future Mrs. Cobblepot?

Ditto.

Although I never noticed any "lost" footage in the trailers.

Different takes perhaps - like Catwoman laughing on the bed.

Yes!  Matter of fact, every take.  Every interview, every behind-the-scenes photo, reprintings of the Batman Returns Official Movie Book and Batman Returns Movie Storybook, (my copies are getting a little dog-eared), the novelization in hardcover, and the entire thing on IMAX.

A complete score release(or isolated score on the DVD.)

I'm starting to sound like a broken record. :-\
Why is there always someone who bring eggs and tomatoes to a speech?

Agreed. As much as I love my version of complete score, it would be nice to have one without batmobile exhaust and whip cracks.

Interviews with the cast and crew ala the Dave Lea, Hugo Blick, Garrick Hagon and Christopher Fairbank ones for the 20th anniversary of the first Burton Batman please... ;D
Johnny Gobs got ripped and took a walk off a roof, alright? No big loss.

I can call Michelle Pfeiffer and Christi Conway and ask for interviews.

(I will find their numbers somehow)

Might spook them and come off too much like a stalker, though. And we wouldn't want that...

Well, if we're going that route, I could always show up in 'Pigeon' costume and demand a part in the next movie, LOL!  Sound familiar?

i still aspire to interview cristi conaway
