Clive Revill.  Also the original voice of Emperor Palpatine in the original cut of The Empire Strikes Back.

Here's a hard one:
Who was the original villain of the episode "Zatanna?"

Correct.  Before the casting of Efrem Zimbalist Jr.  Clive Revill was the original voice actor to play Alred Pennyworth.

I believe the original villain of the episode "Zatanna" is Dr. Montague Kane.  However, if you were thinking of the Joker, I don't think that should count because, Joker is just a reference and nothing more.

Yes, Kane is the one in the episode, but the original villain they had in mind, as noted in the series bible, was a minor Rogue's Gallery villain who didn't appear in the DCAU until an episode of Justice League Unlimited-
Guesses anyone?
That awkward moment when you remember the only Batman who's never killed is George Clooney...

Now I know who you are talking about it's, Gentleman Ghost. When writing your question you should have worded it as, Who was originally intended to play the villain in the episode "Zatanna"?  Well, no matter let's carry on.

True or False:  Melissa Gilbert was the voice for Gotham news reporter Summer Gleeson?

Even if he wasn't gay, it would probably rank as a career lowpoint... :P

Johnny Gobs got ripped and took a walk off a roof, alright? No big loss.

True, he got out early.  Still, anyone involved in that travesty should hold their heads in shame.

Yeah, I realized that after your first answer, so I asked again with more specifics.
Of course, Gentleman Ghost is correct.
