forgive me if this has been mentioned before...

in addition to the Monarch Theatre, there is another Batman movie reference "floating" around... concerning a suspicious cat balloon lurking about the skyline that bares a striking resemblance to a very special kitty. No not our beloved Ms. Kyle.

My thoughts:

What's interesting is that, considering that everybody already knows Catwoman is in it, you'd think they'd be less...ostentatious, especially when you see that the face has been purposefully obscured as though something were being hidden. Again, we know Catwoman's in it. What are they hiding? Or is it being read too much into. See bellow:



Penguin's been rumored (through shots of the Iceberg Lounge.) Could he have a silent business partner who runs a department store?
