Watched it again recently, and the more time passes, the more this movie feels boring and lacklustre. The only watchable element for me was Carrey's zany Nygma, especially his pre-Riddler scenes.

Watched it again recently, and the more time passes, the more this movie feels boring and lacklustre. The only watchable element for me was Carrey's zany Nygma, especially his pre-Riddler scenes.

I know what you mean. Last time I watched it, which was some time ago, I went in with the prospect of simply sitting back and trying to have a good time. But the film fell flat on its face that way, too. It is really tedious.
