my homemade joker costume (dark knight)

If this is you, then the costume looks really good, and you quite look the part. The second pic in particular is great. Now you need a purple suit that isn't cheap.

can you tell us a bit about how you got the costume and make-up together?

Well done, it's great to see people put effort into re-creating these characters.

Sure, the make-up was just some old clown makeup i had. I used lime green acrylic paint and airbrushed some streaks into my hair. the wrinkles i accomplished by scrunching my face into different expressions. Then i applied the white base on. followed by some water in the black areas to make the face look runny, and streaky. the scars were a fx makeup called rigid collodion.
The shirt i bought from hot topic, the rest was just old clothes. :)
