Want to make up a fake campaign poster. Anyone got one?
"Excuse me. You ever danced with the devil by the pale moonlight?"

Dunno if you're still in need of one at this point, but I've been trying to find one myself and stumbled across this lately:

I've been thinking and realize with what I've seen thus far that Burton and his crew may have made a similar two-face as to Nolan's realistic version.

Count the fact that Burton's BatMan contains some subtle realism involved with Joker getting his cheeks and nerves cut and half fixed to make the smile lock, which also makes the chemical only having to burn away pigments and die the hair to it's color. Also look at how CatWoman's suit is stitched up quickly (versus her being able to just make this perfect suit from scratch on her own in her state) and some other aspects have been made more dark then cartoony. Burton's is actually what started to make it more realistically dark to begin with, though it was to a less amount.

If Burton chose to do the return of two-face story with the explosion instead, being that it's what made him perminently two-face afterwards, they may have chose a realistic look as well. Just look at what they said for the bat suit in the making of. Even with the acid, he may have chosen only to eat away portions of his face, mostly the mouth and eyelids for the effects of the original.

It may not look exactly the same, but it would be closer to life then the Joel version I could imagine. None of Joel's looks possible with acid as there are raised areas.
