You can tell Devito is very proud of his role as The Penguin, it means alot to me how much he put into the character.

As he should be!  It's hard to find an actor who can make a villain so damn convincing, but DeVito did it!  And with a character that's not necessarily easy to make so dark and menacing as he managed to do.
