As far as I know, there is only one Batman89 comic adaption. So, they are both the same, same art inside and everything. Just different covers.

Yea, they're both the same. Only difference is the cover art and the fact that the first one is in prestige format.

^ That's right. I own the #1B comic and it has traditional comic book paper but the #1A comic has a hardcover and uses high quality paper like in a graphic novel. You're probably better off getting the latter.
