This is really f***ing cool.

Six years ago, a YouTube channel reenacted some scenes from various Batman movies, using creative ways and materials to make their own costumes and props. One of the scenes they did was the Batman rooftop scene in B89.

They compiled a scene-by-scene comparison between the film scene and their reinterpretation, as well as showing a BTS video demonstrating the effort and detail they went into recreating the whole scene.

The Batsuit and cowl they created out of cardboard is admirable. As a matter of fact, I'd go far and say it closely resembles the film costume surprisingly well. Even the cardboard Batarang they made strongly resembles the film prop.

It's great stuff.
QuoteJonathan Nolan: He [Batman] has this one rule, as the Joker says in The Dark Knight. But he does wind up breaking it. Does he break it in the third film?

Christopher Nolan: He breaks it in...

Jonathan Nolan: ...the first two.
