I'm not sure of the date of Forever, but you might find this thread interesting:

Essentially, the original Batman had no specific date - in fact, it gave many instances of a different date to keep the audience guessing. These range from 1947, 1989, even as far as 2016. With Batman Forever, the only dates we see are those from the early 50s (but at the same time, there's mention of contemporary events). I really wonder where Forever fits in with all this.
