hard to pick. I'll have to go with the transformation scenes. Not many actors would be able to pull that off. If that scene was botched, it could have ruined the whole movie but instead it set the tone.

Although her acting is superb in many crucial scenes, I'd say her first confrontation with Batman.
Apart from her aggressive assaults on Batman, Michelle totally nailed the unpredictability of Catwoman, who shamelessly used all kinds of dirty tricks during the fight. Also, she gave us an ambiguous and wonderfully erotic scene where she rubbed Batman's armor with her claws.
