What was it about Man of Steel that you didn't like? I thought it was awesome and definitive to the character, maybe a little too serious, but still great.

I didn't dislike it but I don't know if a grey and overly-sombre take on Superman represents the definitive interpretation of the character plus one element I didn't care for was the relentless destruction of Smallville and worse, Metropolis, partly because it struck me as callous, partly because it now places future sequels in a bind (how can they top the scale of the destruction?)

But it managed to show that Superman is the last son of Krypton better than any other movie did.
