DVD Audio extractor is really easy to use.

The instructions you'll want to follow are here:

Just make sure that you select "save each channel into separate file." It will create six wav files. The one that may have useful audio is usually the third one.

Where does one get to see the Red Book Edition?  I've seen various fan edtis, but it occurs to me I haven't seen this one--the holy grail of BF.  At least, I don't recall seeing it.
