Here's my list:

Man of Steel
The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug
The Lone Ranger
Star Trek Into Darkness
Pacific Rim/ Iron Man 3

The Tomb

The Last Stand

Bullet to the Head

Man of Steel

Three Days to Kill
"Bats frighten me. It's time my enemies shared my dread."

Of the top of my head,

Man of Steel
Iron Man 3
Pacific Rim
Star Trek Into Darkness
The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.

I'm sure there are more, including some smaller non-genre films, but or now these are the 5 I remember. However, MOS is definitively at the top spot.

The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug
Oz the Great and Powerful (hoping it doesn't end up like Burton's Alice though)
G.I. Joe Retaliation (because  it was held over from last year, the anticipation has waned a little)

Both The Lone Ranger and Man of Steel are on my radar, but I can't say I'm eagerly anticipating them, For LR I'm interested more in whether Zimmer will a deliver a Rango-esque score, while I'm more interested in a MOS movie masters figure line than the actual film.
Why is there always someone who bring eggs and tomatoes to a speech?

There's also A Good Day to Die Hard, Thor 2, and others. So many, so little time...and money. LOL

As far as comic book movies go, the one's I'm looking forward to this year are:

1.   Man of Steel
2.   Iron Man 3
3.   The Wolverine
4.   Thor: The Dark World

A few other films I'm interested in:

The Wind Rises
Odd Thomas
The Tomb
A Good Day to Die Hard
Star Trek: Into Darkness
Jack Ryan
Wreck-It Ralph (technically a 2012 film, but it's not out here in the UK yet)

1. Man of Steel (that's an easy one)
2. Pacific Rim (yeah I like all that Kaiju stuff)
3. Jurassic Park 3D (watching this one again in theaters 20 years later should be a treat)
4. The Tomb (Stallone, Schwarzenegger, Caviezel ... can't say I'm not interested)
5. World War Z (morbid curiosity)
"Imagination is a quality given a man to compensate him for what he is not, and a sense of humour was provided to console him for what he is."

(no order)
Iron Man 3
Man of Steel
Thor 2
Hobbit 2
Elysium
The Tomb (Arnie and Sly)
The Lone Ranger
Jack the Giant Slayer
Pacific Rim (giant monsters and mechs, with Del Toro and not Emmerich or Bay directing. Nuff said)
The Wolverine (probably another drinking game - every time Jackman appears with no shirt on)
Wreck-It Ralph (a tribute to retro gaming)
G.I. Joe 2 (I had many figures as a little boy, and the first movie was fine as silly harmless fun, better than Bay's Transformers)

I'm interested in checking out:

Man of Steel
Desolation of Smaug
Iron Man 3
Oz: Great and Powerful
Jurassic Park 3D
