I was told at the end of January that Ra's would return in a flashback capacity and it would be Neeson. I guess my source was half right.

Talia Al Ghul is pretty much confirmed, then.

My guess is that we'll get a flashback of Talia's birth and her mother's death.

"But I know the rage that drives you. That impossible anger strangling the grief, until the memory of your loved ones is just poison in your veins. And one day you catch yourself wishing the person you loved had never existed, so you'd be spared your pain. I wasn't always here in the mountains. Once I had a wife, my great love. She was taken from me. Like you, I was forced to learn that there are those without decency that must be fought without hesitation, without pity. Your anger gives you great power, but if you let it, it will destroy you, as it almost did me."

Keep that source you have Ral  :)

Ever since Nolan said months ago that he wanted to bring the story full circle, I knew he was going to go back to Ra's and also the League of Shadows. Looking at Nolan's films, he likes the bring the story full circle (not just the Batman ones.) I'm looking forward to see how tis all pans out and if it can be considered a definite end to Nolan's trilogy, with WB rebooting it sometime later on. I just hope that too many characters don't spoil the soup, so to speak.

Liam Neeson has pulled out of Taken 2...probably not related to TDKR.

According to www.superherohype.com Ra's will be in The Dark Knight Rises.

Josh Pence will play a Young Ra's Al Ghul in The Dark Knight Rises.

The original story suggests that al Ghul, who was played in Batman Begins by Liam Neeson, will appear in flashbacks that are set three decades in the past.

I think Ra's is an obvious given. I mean..as I said before....where else can they really go? Honestly. Nolan doesn't think anybody would work in his universe
