I can't help you their, but I remeber when Returns came out and the Jack Nicholson Joker costume was displayed on a manaquin in a store window here in my town and it looked really awsome!

As with most costumes for movies, there were probably several Joker costumes used throughout filming.  I'd bet Nicholson ended up keeping one, then you have to bet some of the costumes  and pieces "walked away" after filming, then there's the one or two that go into displays/exhibits.  I remember some commercial Joker costumes around back in the day for Halloween, but they weren't great.  The best I've seen outside the actual movie costumes themselves have been custom made by fans (one very good one can be found here, I believe).
