I was just thinking today about how the plastic surgery scene was given homage in two other forms of media that I can think of:

-- A Simpsons episode in which Lisa demands the mirror from the dentist:

-- The Punisher War Zone Movie in which Jigsaw has a similar origin to Joker's:

The "I'm Batman" scene was given homage to in Batman Begins but other than that I can't think of any particular scene which was parodied/copied in any movie or show.

I think the whole "gassing the City" angle has been influential in Batman history. But in terms of mainstream film and television, the idea is pretty generic.

Falling through a skylight - not sure where but it has been used in loads of things.

The "Wait till they get a load of me" line has been used by Jim Carrey on a episode of In Living Color during a standup routine, and more recently in the movie, Kick Ass.
"Imagination is a quality given a man to compensate him for what he is not, and a sense of humour was provided to console him for what he is."

I think it's the Wonderful Toys moment, I've seen it referenced countless articles and things over the years, even when the subject doesn't have anything to do with Batman. Anytime gadgets are brought up like with James Bond or even electronic gift shopping. Gadgets aren't just toys, they're wonderful toys. I think a lot of people don't even actually know it's a Batman reference. Not so much a recurring homage, but definitely it's most enduring pop culture meme.

And when it comes to Batman media, I'm Batman and it's many variations has been Batman's favorite favorite way to describe/introduce himself since 1989.
