man how lame are the kid's parents in the opening scene? - the neighborhood hooker offers up an inviting "hi honey" specifically to the 10 year old and the parents drag him right away - let the kid have some fun!

ok, weird though that they have the hooker target the kid like that - is she hoping the parents will split?? - he'll whip out his allowance and they'll get a room??

man didn't they know 20 years later there'd be internet and we'd be overanalyzing everything, ever?
